Fair - this was not in Plock
Early June is an important time for Plock, because these days are usually celebrated History Days of Plock organized by the Office of City Hall.
This year's event Plock delighted residents and their guests, as never before. Significant influence on the reception given to activities which were initiated by Punjab Museum in Plock: traditionally organized Museum Night, this time under the motto "In a retro style. 20s, 30s, "outdoor exhibition" Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. Two centuries Tumska street "and the first Fair Island.
Two recent projects have been located on the main promenade of the city - just the street Island, as that year's day was celebrated the feast of the History of Plock same street. Indeed, thanks to two initiatives holiday you could feel it: street full of life, people with interest viewed photographs of the former Island, compared with the current times, to go into the history, events and facts from the past. When jarmarkowych stands raved about the collector's items and threw nodding with approval: "something like that was not here yet."

The first Fair Island jointly organized with the Museum Mazowiecki formed the Association of Friends of the Museum of Mazovia in Plock, with significant participation of the President, a man of positive energy and high performance, and Paul Mieszkowicza Tumska Association.
The first fair - as the name suggests, is to be a regular event and a permanent place in the calendar of Płock, Mazovia and Polish events of this type. His collector's character described goods which arrived over forty exhibitors from different parts of Polish: from Gdansk, Czestochowa, Warsaw and Lodz, Lublin, Zakopane, Pszczyna, Warka, Pasłęka, Grodzisk Mazowiecki and many more. We based the selection of goods offered on the criteria: quality, diversity and adaptation to the local "market." The stands were represented so that different areas of collectibles such as philately, filokartystyka, numismatics, militaria, antique widely understood: glass, ceramics, metal, painting, sculpture, old clocks, oil lamps and even different types of trinkets, which everyone could be purchased for relatively little money. Potential buyers were initially surprised by the project momentum, and repeatedly returned to the booth to talk with exhibitors about their passion for "collecting" and to purchase certain items for home, for friends, for your own collection.

The intended target was achieved. Fair widely reported among participants History Days of Plock. So today, I think, we invite readers to another Tumski next year's Fair, hoping to gradual evolution of the event, perhaps aiming for the event with coverage comparable to Gdansk Dominican Christmas market.
