Conditions of participation, general organizational rules:
First condition for the application to participate in the Fourth Fair Tumski in Plock is sending a completed application form (application forms) by post or electronically (scanned with signature) to the address below and pay the cost of the promotional package for exhibitors.

Fill the application is tantamount to the adoption and submission to the Rules.
Note: The application should clearly fill in all fields.
2nd Applications will be accepted until 12 March 2012 (postmark).
Submit your third is not synonymous with qualification to participate in the Fair. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without giving a reason.

10th Exhibitors Organizer provides for the allocation of stands (stalls) - in limited quantities, and the allocation of seats under its own booth exhibitors.
Organizer during the 11th days of the Fair does not provide accommodation. Exhibitors booking accommodations and pay for themselves.
12th It is possible to use the tent city (arrival of your own tent or use tents Organiser) connected to the car park, after due selection in the entry form and payment of a fee amounting to 15 zł per night per person.
13th outside places specially intended for this usage, the Organizer will not provide the ability to sell the car or leaving the car at point of sale.
The organization stands and REGULATIONS
14th Fair Tumski fourth participant is required to appear on the Fair ie 25 May 2012 in time. 9.30, and exit from the Fair May 27, 2012 was the hour. 19.00.
15 During the fourth Tumski Fair trade can be carried out only in a designated area on the basis of a certificate of qualification to participate in the Fair, issued by the Organiser.
16th Testimony of qualifications referred to in point 15 confirmation is sent to the Exhibitor by the Organiser together with a certificate number, the allocation of stands or space under the stand.
17. People do not have an ID and a certificate of participation in the Fair confirmed by the Organizer will be removed by security forces from the area of the Fair.
18th Organizer has the right to exclude from the sale of stands / goods not in the nature of the Fair.
19th Organizer has the right to exclude from the sale of stands / goods not specified in the application.
20th rented stand is designed exclusively for the Participant's Fair.
21st Fair participants will organize their stand according to a fixed location, following the designated booth space for this exhibition.
22nd is forbidden to display and advertising of goods outside the designated place.
23rd Users catering stands, Art. food are required to agree assortment offered in the District Sanitary - Epidemiological Station Street. Kolegialna 20, Plock. Employees working in food outlets and selling at the stands must have a valid health books.
24th is required aesthetic appearance of each booth.
25th for on-going maintenance of order and cleanliness is responsible exhibitor booth.
26. Fair participants are required to comply with applicable regulations in the fair, the marketing of commercial products are labeled accordingly, the use of measuring tools be verified, compliance dates and shelf life of food products for sale and proper use of stalls according to the Regulations annexed to the application for participation in the fair .
27th participant insures commercial articles at his own expense and risk.
28th Organizer is not responsible for damage to goods before, after and during the Fair.
29th Organizer is not responsible for damage caused by theft, fire, storm, lightning, explosion, flooding, interruption in electricity supply, water and other unpredictable events.
Final provisions:
Participants 30th Any complaints should be promptly reported in writing to the Office of Fair Organizing.
31st Claims submitted after the Fair will not be considered
32nd Cases not provided for in the Rules shall be resolved under the provisions of the Civil Code.
